When we walked in, this condo looked like it was newly updated with fresh paint and carpet. Loved the area on a nice little cul-de-sac area. Great out door pool and great views of the lake and the ducks. Nice screened in porch area.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Kingston Plantation. The condo was roomy but in need of some light upkeep. Many light bulbs were burned out including the outdoor one at the front door. The shower curtain was missing several rings so it dragged the shower. We called the number for repairs and did have a service man come to replace many light bulbs but he didn't have enough. He did bring rings for the shower curtain. He said the light fixture over the table was outdated and needed to be replaced. It was not replaced during our stay. Beds were comfortable except for sofa bed.
The location was very nice since there was a pool for the condo that was somewhat private and quiet. We also had use of the pools at the hotels. The lazy river and water park on the hotel property were not open to condo tenants, only those that were at the towers.
We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. We would stay there again. It served its purpose and was reasonably priced.
