Upon arrival at this unit which I booked through Marriott Homes and Villas, I found bugs in the cabinets, refrigerator and living room. The sleeper sofa and murphy bed had stained mattresses. The bathtub had a strange mat in the bottom was worn and stained. The ceiling in the bathroom in the shower was peeling, apparently from water damage. Alerted the property management company who responded the next day stating they would send Housekeeping. Housekeeping sent a text stating they sprayed for the bugs a few days earlier which was the cause for them "coming out". Stayed one night and checked out the next day. Property management company refused to refund the remaining amount of my stay. The onsite pool "looked" clean but there was no one using it. It's a short walk to the beach, is the ONLY positive I can say. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!- Anonymous from NA, Posted: 09/02/2024
