As you enter into the foyer of this three story vacation rental, you will be met with the option to proceed to the bottom or second story floor. Both the bottom and third floor in this townhome consist of the private bedrooms and bathrooms. The second story is the area for everyone coming to enjoy this vacation home.

The master bedroom is on the bottom floor of this Myrtle Beach vacation rental. In the master bedroom, you will find a cozy king size bed with a flat screen television and access to the outdoor floor patio! In the master bathroom, be sure to unwind in the luxurious jacuzzi or pristine stand up shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to private floor balcony too! In the second bathroom, you will find a granite sink countertop and bath/shower combo. There is also a washer/dryer available on this level.

Enjoy great community time on the second floor of this villa! Large leather couches,a flat screen television, and charming fireplace will have you and your guests feeling right at home. Cook a delicious meal for your guests in Cumberland Terrace’s fully equipped dream kitchen.

The new wooden dining table with beautiful views of Kingston Plantation® fits up to six guests. There is also access to another patio on the second floor. Make your way up the spiral staircase in the living room to the third bedroom. This recently converted loft has a queen size bed and private air conditioning unit.

Cumberland Terrace 7-C is less than a ten minute walk to the sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean! Outside of the Kingston Plantation® community, you will discover all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer.

Cleaning and Sanitization - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces.
