Once a reservation request is received. We do ask for half down and the balance due 30 days before you arrive. If your reservation is less than (30 days) in advance it should be paid in full at the time of booking.
We do send emails to our guests such as payment receipts, and reminders when the balances are due and towel rentals, etc. as a courtesy. You can always check your GUEST PASS account for any communications we have sent to you.
Our office location is at 4101 Mayfair Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. We are currently open Monday-Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM.
Check in begins at 3 PM at our office and runs until 5 PM. Units are made available between the 3 PM to 5 PM. We do our very best to get you into your unit as soon as possible. If you would like an update of your unit – please call our office the day of check-in. If you cannot check in by 5 PM – please refer to our after-hour instructions.
Our office has a lockbox outside of the office at 4101 Mayfair St. We will text you the day of your arrival with these instructions. In the lockbox you will find all your information and keys in a packet with your name on it.
We currently are not offering early check-in and check-out requests.
We ask that our guests are out of their property by 10 AM and return the keys to our office by 12 PM.
No – currently we do offer full linens and towels for every rental. However, we do not offer daily maid service. If you are planning to bring a large party with you, we do encourage you to bring extra towels/linens.
Toiletries (such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.), laundry detergent, paper products (such as paper towels, paper plates, garbage bags, etc.) Beach towels, beach toys, etc. If you would like to rent beach chairs/umbrellas we recommend Vacation Equipment Rentals (ver-sc.com).
Pets are allowed in select properties at Palmetto Vacation Rentals. Please refer to our units here: https://www.palmettovacationrentals.com/pet-friendly-rentals or call one of our Reservation Specialists at 888-808-2788. A pet deposit fee will be required at booking and there are certain restrictions on weight limits.
Yes – all our units are smoke free! Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee to assist in cleaning the property thoroughly.
