Once a reservation request is received, we do ask for half down and the balance due 30 days before you arrive. If your reservation is less than (30 days) in advance it should be paid in full at the time of booking. You will not be able to check-in to your rental if your reservation has not been fully paid.
Our office location is at 4101 Mayfair Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. We are currently open Monday-Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM.
Check in begins at 3 PM at our office and runs until 5 PM. Units are made available between the 3 PM to 5 PM. We do our very best to get you into your unit as soon as possible. We will TEXT YOU when your unit is available for check-in. If you cannot check in by 5 PM text us your name and approximate arrival time to 843-839-2737.
Our office has a lockbox outside of the office at 4101 Mayfair St. We will text you the day of your arrival with these instructions once we have all documents needed.
We will need a picture of your driver's license and front of the credit card sent to our email email@example.com or texted to 843-839-2737 before we put your information in the lockbox. This is to verify your identity since you will not be here during normal business hours.
When we receive those files we will text you back the code to get into the lockbox. In the lockbox you will find all your information and keys in a packet with your name on it.
We currently are not offering early check-in and check-out requests.
We ask that our guests are out of their property by 10 AM and return the keys to our office by 12 PM. Please make sure your trash is taken out and any dirty dishes are started in the dishwasher prior to your departure.
No – currently we do offer full linens and towels for every rental. However, we do not offer daily maid service. If you are planning to bring a large party with you, we do encourage you to bring extra towels/linens.
Toiletries (such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.), laundry detergent, paper products (such as paper towels, paper plates, garbage bags, etc.) Beach towels, beach toys, etc. If you would like to rent beach chairs/umbrellas we recommend Vacation Equipment Rentals (ver-sc.com).
Pets are allowed in select properties at Palmetto Vacation Rentals. Please refer to our units here: https://www.palmettovacationrentals.com/pet-friendly-rentals or call one of our Reservation Specialists at 888-808-2788. A pet deposit fee will be required at booking and there are certain restrictions on weight limits.
Yes – all our units are smoke free! Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee to assist in cleaning the property thoroughly.

If it is an after-hours emergency phone call – please give us at least an hour to get back to you.

Our office hours vary on the weekends depending on the season, but should our offices be closed your packet will be available after rooms have been inspected for arrival from housekeeping.for pick up .Please confirm that you have sent copies of both your license and credit card before the weekend begins to 843-839-2737 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we receive that information from you - we will forward you the lock box code for your weekend arrival.
Please refrain from contacting the emergency line, unless you are having issues with accessing the lock box. Please wait to come to our office until after 3pm as your packet will not be available until that time. Our office is located at 4101 Mayfair St. Myrtle Beach, 29577. Safe travels!
Follow these procedures in order if you have any issues checking in after hours/on the weekend:
1. Recheck your paperwork to make and watch the video (to make sure you are entering the code correctly into the lockbox.
1. Ring the "Ring" doorbell on the lockbox at our office 4101 Mayfair St. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 and wait for the attendant to respond.
2. Text 843-839-2737 with your issue - we will have one of our attendants get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Call 843-839-2737 and press option 8 - LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE and allow up to an hour for someone to get back to you. We will do our very best to be prompt and make sure that you are assisted as soon as possible.
1. Make sure your rental agreement has been signed.
2. Make sure you have fully paid for the entire reservation.

4. If you plan to check-in either after 5 PM (Mon-Fri) or on the weekend (Sat/Sat)- be sure to send the necessary information to our Front Desk department for the lockbox code. You will be required to send a picture of your driver's license and picture of your credit card to have access to our lockbox. Check out our FAQ page for more information.
5. Make sure you pack the necessary toiletries and things you will need for the vacation.
