I was planning a weekend getaway for a group of friends for a birthday. This condo was spacious enough for 8 people to not be in each other's way. Everything was clean and well layed out. We have stayed with Palmetto for over four years now as winter snow birds. Each year we know we will have a comfortable and clean property and if anything may arise while we are there they certainly take care of us right away. October 2018 Stay
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the MarVista! Our accommodations were absolutely more than we expected! This unit was tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean, and very nicely updated! We were a little disappointed that we had to make the extra 12 miles or so further in to Myrtle to pick up our check in packet and keys, but after we arrived to our place it was worth it! We used VRBO to book at the last minute and was not disappointed in that I had a reply back within a short amount of time! We look forward to returning in the Spring and bringing our children to fill up those two big spare bedrooms!

Location was perfect. Easy exit to the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. Although restricted because of covid it was enjoyable and relaxing. The building is very secure and being alone that was the perfect spot for me. The condo kitchen was well furnished and made my winter stay easy because of having to do more cooking.
