Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences
and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. To do this,
we’ve updated our operating and cleaning protocols.
In Unit: We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. This means your rental will not only be cleaned, but the following “high touch” points will be disinfected with Microban and Lysol: light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. The kitchen and bathroom will also be disinfected, and all dishes and flatware at the property will be sanitized in the dishwasher. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. Check-In / Office: Our office is currently open to the general public with new procedures implanted. All of our employees are required to wear a mask while walking around the office. We are only allowing one guest at a time in the lobby area. Each guest is required to still check-in at our office, however if there are any concerns please give our office a call. Anyone entering the office is required to wear a mask. We are daily cleaning our office with Lysol and taking necessary precautions to keep our employees and guests safe.
