My family and I stayed here in June 2010 with another family and had a wonderful time! The condo is very comfortable and well equipped for families with children. In total we were 8 people: 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9, 7, 5, and 2). It is very spacious and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable; you don’t even feel like you’re away from home! There is a TV in the each of the adult bedrooms. The stereo system in the living room plays DVDs on the large flat screen TV and also has a docking station for your iPod. The kitchen has all the amenities from wine glasses to Tupperware. With our kids it’s great because we were able to have meals at home when we wanted. We even grilled some nights! All the bedrooms are spacious with large closets. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. (There was never the ‘living out of a suitcase’ feel that you get in hotels). The bathrooms are large and new. This condo even has a washer and dryer which was a huge plus! We came home with no laundry! It is located in a corner on the third floor of the building which gave us a considerable sense of privacy. There’s a balcony with a beautiful view of the grounds and the pool (which is conveniently located directly behind the building). The balcony railing is high enough that we didn’t have any worries with our children playing on it. There is an elevator which helps when you’re bringing home tired kids from the beach (just a 2 mile drive). The closest beach is far enough from all the high-rise hotels that it seemed almost private. Its location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing time with your family. There’s a supermarket, gas station and ATM within a ½ mile. My husband likes to play golf so this location was ideal! There’s a course right in the complex. Overall, we had a great experience here! We look forward to staying in this condo again next summer!
