HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! We were told that the water park was included. Arrived to find out that it was not. We were promised a discount before leaving and thought they would take care of us. WOW we were wrong. After getting back and talking with someone every day for a week I finally got a hold of Julie the manager. She laughed in my face and thought it was funny for thinking they would give us a discount even after it was promised. We will never stay with Palmetto Vacation Rentals again, They have changed the rental agreement and website after our visit. Think twice before using this company. If you have problems they run the opposite direction. Make sure you finish your business before leaving the area. They like to wait until your are home and unable to see them eye to eye. I will be writing a letter to the BBB for the way they treated the situation.

We are sorry that you seem so disappointed with your experience at the Sand Dunes. We do apologize that the water park was not included with your rental. The management company at the resort sets the rules for the water park. Our website never included the water park as part of our rentals. To go one step further in making it clear that the water park is not part of the rental, we added a statement on our website to that fact.
