We went to the MarVista Grande the end of July, beginning of August for my 40th Birthday. Because of the event, we rented a little above our normal price range and it was totally worth it!! The unit was beautiful and nicely decorated for a Beach Rental. The Master Bedroom was off the balcony and had a an ocean view. The master bathroom was big, spacious, beautiful and totally decadent! The kithcen was also very nice with the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinets. We really loved our view on the 11th floor. The two back bedrooms were big, but full of furniture with two queen beds in each. All the beds were incredibly comfortable with upgraded bedding/mattresses. Our kids were very comfortable in these rooms and they were far enough away to give my husband and I some privacy! The balcony was spacious and very nicely appointed with furniture. The entire unit was very warm and welcoming. We truly felt like we were home away from home and were very comfortable all week. The location was very convenient to get to whereever we wanted in less than 1/2 hour. The pools were ok. We spent most of our time on the beach. The lazy river was small but that did not stop my son from staying in it every chance he got. I would have like to have a restaurant or cafe available. The Pool Hut only offered drinks and packaged snacks. The elevators were relatively quick except for arriving and departure. We actually packed most of our car late Friday nite and were very glad we did. Be sure to get yourself a luggage cart as soon as you can-they go fast. This vacation was only our 4 person family. We found the unit very comfortable. I would think that it may get crowded if two families were trying to share the space, but there were a lot of people there who had multiple families in a unit. (Just be sure you get the master-it is sooooo worth it!!) We will definitely be going back, we are spoiled now and could not go back to the resorts that are just a little cheaper!

We just spent a wonderful weekend at the Mar Vista Grande 614 and had a wonderful time. This is the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was perfect.The house was closer to the beach than we even planned. The security and property management was excellent providing assistance with all our needs including store location and directions to other events that took place. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. It's actually nicer than the pictures! We'd definitely recommend this house. We'll be back next year.

This condo was top notch. I loved the fact that the condo entry doors were inside the building instead of overlooking the parking lot like so many older condos do. The kitchen had stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the bathrooms were huge. The balcony was nice and roomy. The pools were awesome. Our children had a blast. I will definitely stay here again.

A great condo,loved the large patio-a side view of beach and ocean but still nice. Large master bed & bath,easy to cook-in kitchen, plenty of sq. ft. in this unit. Possibly overall best rental we have stayed in.

Mar Vista was more beautiful than we ever expected. We had the best time with our children and grandchildren. The weather was lovely and the property we stayed at was nicer than anywhere around us. The pools under the building were a big hit with the small kids so hide from the sun and not have to go inside! I love the sun and there was plenty of that too around the pool and lazy river. I would definately reccomend this place to others!

We stayed at the Mar Vista Grande while at Myrtle Beach for my brother's wedding. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Our condo was absolutely breathtaking. This is probably in part due to the fact that the building is still somewhat new so the wear and tear is minimal. The decor in the hallways and outdoor areas were clean and easy to navigate. The outside pool area is a little small and opens into another larger pool and hot tub which is enclosed in the cooler months. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath and had so much extra room. Two of the bedrooms had two queens in them and all of the beds were so comfortable. We had a full sized washer and dryer along with a full kitchen with granite countertops. Our master bath had a large tiled walk in shower and whirlpool tub. Check in was quick and easy thanks to Sabrina at Palmetto Vacation Rentals. She was great and I definitely recommend her. She deserves a raise for all she did to help my large family during what is known as a trying time to anyone who has ever helped with a wedding, not counting giving vacation tips and answering each and every question we had. My family, in fact, rented two condos here and have decided that this is our new place to stay every time we visit Myrtle Beach.

We spent a wonderful week at the Mar Vista Condo and had a wonderful time. We were disappointed when we could not get ocean front but the view from the side still gave us an excellent view of the beach. The actual condo is very nice with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We had 6 people and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful when all of us were getting ready. The beach and pool area is very nice. We were able to rent an umbrella every day with 2 chairs. The kitchen area was very modern with granite counter tops and all the applicances we needed. The refrigerator was not keeping anything cold but we called and they sent someone to fix it asap. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this to condo to family and friends. I would probably ask for ocean front the next time but definitely the Mar Vista.

We rented a 3-br condo for the week and could not have been more pleased. It was spacious, well kept and complete with all the amenities. The staff did a wonderful job of taking care of our needs. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this was the best experience thus far!!!

Property was relativity clean. Palmetto Vacation Rentals was easy to work with and I would recommend them in the future. Pools were small and would be crowded during the busy season.
