Long Term Vacation Rentals in Myrtle Beach
Palmetto Vacation Rentals is a professional property management company offering both short term and long term rentals. We have the knowledge and experience to find you a great rental property on the Grand Strand.
All renters will be required to fill-out a comprehensive questionaire including a backgound check for long term rentals. A one month security deposit is required and a nominal fee for a background check is required before move-in. A representative from our organization will show the right property to meet your needs and budget and will do a formal walk-thru before and after your lease begins and ends. We have a full time maintenance staff is on-call to fix problems if they arise.
All Palmetto Vacation Rental properties are fully furnished, most with washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen utensils. Linens and towels can be provided for a fee.
We offer different lease terms from 4 to 12 month lease.
